Not taking anything away from Hudds, I would never use injuries etc as an excuse for a loss, being in 3rd is a massive achievement for Hudds and it's nice to see a different team challenging for the top spot. I'll be cheering you guys on at the HJ on the 9th August!!
There's actually no real basis in that. It is something Cullen banged on about, but look at 2008, they beat us four times, twice we went on to win the next game. The first loss was against Wigan, and the next one was in the middle of the injury crisis at the end of the year.
2007 saw Saints beat us 4 times, and we won the next game three times.
