Well done woolford. Shown some balls there with uate not named in the squad. Will it be grix at 1, mkintish on wing, young wardle at centre, Or will Gaskell go at centre with Russell named in the squad in the halves. Or even smurph/mellor at centre young wardle on wing. Interesting way to do it- Shame we couldn’t just put a twin on the wing and reduce the swapping and changing.

yup uate dropped, along with ollie roberts... woolford doesnt mind dropping the odd player!
but once again its chopping and changing, no settled team and we know this doesnt get you results so can see hull winning this one, they have albert back and include ellis again.
grix back to full back, mcintosh on the wing... so much for mcintosh having a run at full back!
russell and roche to miss out unless he throws in roche for mellor/murphy but dont think so.
For me Gaskell f/b, darnell on the wing and wardle centre, as said not ideal moving players around but the current formula hasnt worked so needs must.
Do feel for Uate, but I think he left his boots at home and now his confidence has decided to join them , a spell on the sidelines will hopefully help him to find them and come back stronger both physcially and mentally .
It seems we have gone down our old route of one player out means a massive squad reshuffle. I just dont get why the Seniors don't get a chance on the wing?
If Uate was home sick it would be a blessing in disguise.

dont give up on uate, too much class and pedigree he will be back.
matagi has been disappointing yes, our pack hasnt improved with him.... our pack has gone down hill but i also put this down to not having clough who is a big miss
gaskell stays in the halves he was ourshining frawley big time in pre season and was his first game back last week after a spell out, they need to be playing together frawley and gaskell!!!!
grix will be full back, would rather have left mcintosh there and bring a senior twin in to the wing but anyway

Could give us an extra boost though with frawley, Gaskell, and Russell all able to take on the kicking.
