I see Lunty's not in the 19 aswell. I feel that the 2 to miss out tomorrow will probably be players from last weeks semi aswell.

This will be our year......................................................Hopefully!
But maybe not with child running amock.

Go back to your own board.. only CC finalists allowed here...

Smith Will do the same as he has done this week, anyone with a slight knock will not be played... if they are fit they will play. We need points as 8th looking a struggle at the moment!

Strange aint it? one could mistake all this "scum" talk for bitterness about not making it to wembley.

Last night was one idiot in the conga pushing a steward backwards which he definitely should not have done but the stewards were completely OTT. We have to bear in mind that these same stewards police soccer here most weeks and will obviously need to take a heavy hand.

If last night was so bad, i dont understand why there wasnt a single police officer in the stand?

I was there enjoying winding up wigan fans and players up about wembley but that was all that happened. Our team got battered but we didnt really care, we went for a party.

EVERY team has a few idiots including wire, especially after a couple too many babychams but Wigan posters on here seem to think its only warrington fans.

The sad thing is that these posters are just childish idiots trying to stir up controversy. I was talking to wigan fans on the way back to the car last night who saw the incident for what it was - nothing.

I am looking forward to Wembley and mixing with Hudds fans, the day will be a great occasion.

Deary me next week. IT's bad enough the Wigan fans are treating all of us as child rapists on their own forum, but to go on another clubs forum to slag us off is the lowest of the low.

Wigan fans obviously have short memories. none of them, seem to remember some of their fans who kicked off after the semi final at the HJ in 2007, then the week after when they played us, again at the HJ. It'd been years since we'd had any trouble with Wigan fans before that.

Last night has been blown out of proportion. A conga was started and the stewards felt the best way to stop it was to start pushing fans around. We were all treated like wendyball hooligans, not even allowed to purchase more than 2 alcoholic drinks at a time.

We have one or two idiots and we're certainly not "scum", never mind the "scum of the league". I have numerous friends on this Huddersfield board, and even more off it and I'm certain that most of them would agree that all but a few of us are welcoming to both your fans and those fans who don't come looking for trouble.

Union is played by people who close airports after a bit of snow, League is played by people who would go and have a snowball fight with a 747

I personally think both will go for it with caution but anyone who has even the slightest of knocks won't play, there is also the fact that some players don't like to rest and would rather keep their own momentum going.

Why is it slim, if HKR beat Saints tomorrow and we beat the Bulls we're 2 points off them, we then play Saints next week. Saints also play Rhino's the following week so some one has to drop points we have Celtic.

It is still all to play for (Btw thanks for getting back to my point  )

Following today's results Wire are now in 10th and 2 points off 8th, lose next week and they could be 4 points a draft with 2 to play, I think they have to put out a strong side out or they can effectively kiss goodbye to this terms SL challenge. I do agree that anyone with a slight knock won't be risked though.

Wigan Stewards?

These are the same stewards who swore at the Giants players and fans after we beat them are they?

I distinctly remember Wildy getting abused by one of them then a steward apologising to everyone because he was wrong.

I appreciate the stewards are nowt to do with Wigan Warriors and their fans - they are an extension of Dave Whelans Army...

The players did have knocks, Smith said if the CC Semi had been a normal league game then they wouldn't have played. King (hamstring), Hicks (broken finger/s) etc and Carvell picked up a rib injury in the semi, Harrison got a hip injury and couldn't come back on in that same game.

I do think they are genuine injuries as Saturday nights game was very winnable with a few more first teamers out there. After all, the points are needed so 'resting' players is a no-no.
