The time on screen gets taken off towards the end of each half, I presume to stop any furore about the game running past it as we've seen occasionally in the past as it is for indication only.

If London is Athens, Yorkshire is Sparta, a tougher community and proud of it.

Oh right.

Probably, but still is a bit annoying at times.

The screen goes of at 38 mins in each half to avoid confusion over time keeping.

A few changes this season, the screen will be used more, no pre match singer due to PRS price increase. One way round it is to use bands or singers singing original material, this maybe utilised at some point in the season.

Because Town are doing well and their attendances are up they asked the Giants if it would be ok to have more pre match entertainment on the pitch. In the past the giants have been restricted because Town didn't like the idea of loads of people being on the pitch pre match or at half time. Now because Town are doing it the Giants can too, hence the half time game involving fans, this will continue and the game maybe changed occasionally.

The banner comp will be running every game, nice idea for the kids or adults with a sense of humour.

THE INDEPENDANT: Today the east, which contains the biggest council estate in Europe, is poor, a place of high unemployment and low expectation. The west, which has the city centre and the university, is posh and prosperous.

Bad design fault here. The People in the Upper tier cannot see the clock at all - so you can switch it off all the time for us. Shame but apparently they cannot move it.

Raised this after the first game - they said they would move it - still waiting.

They have :? The complaints after the first match was that the clock was a the top of the screen!

I suppose to make everyone happy they'd have to put the clock to the left bottom corner instead of it's present position in the right bottom corner! But then they'd be complaints as they couldn't see the score from the DG upper tier! As the clock on the screen is an unofficial indication it wont be moved again!
