Good Points - Vision, offloads, kicking getting better year on year same with defence, passing, speed etc
Not so good points - Organising and needs to get more involved.
At present centre would be his best position if he worked on his defence because he has the attacking ability its just his defence, which is good but to be an international centre you need to have a solid defence.
6 would be his best position if he organised more, bossed it a bit and got involved more as he has all the skills in his locker to play 6 he just needs to apply them more.
In my opinion he is a 6 but needs a better 7 to work with as he has improved a lot since the arrival of Brett Hodgeson, if Danny Brough is signed by Hudds
then I think we will see a better Brown at 6.
