Does anyone know if they are bringing out a Wembley replica shirt?

I've just been over to Leigh from Oldham. Went to club shop in Market Hall and it's pitiful. Hardly any stock on show and was told he was getting some Wembley stuff in a couple of weeks. I asked for phone number and he said phone not connected. They could have made an absolute fortune with a Wembley jersey. Sadly marketing and merchandising is an area that needs a massive shake up.

I think that lead times with the manufacturers are too long, makes it very difficult to respond to spikes in demand. We're leaving a lot of money on the table, so it's not something we'll be happy about. Hopefully they can find a way of improving in the future.

Yes, I should imagine that is one reason but the lack of stock in the market hall shop is poor. They need a vibrant well stocked shop. I'm sure it's an area they will be looking at in the off season when we've completed the treble.

I can tell you that the club/DB has been having a very tough time with Elgren. They are costing the club big-time.
