Whoever it is I think it has to be a passive individual who won't rock the boat. I think a single minded coach with strong ideas and beliefs could go against the grain.

Well I have no idea why PR resigned but Neil Jukes will do a good job imo.

Would certainly make for continuity and not rock the boat any further. Also Neil must have had significant input these past couple of years or so.
