I would like to make a couple or 1 more of points re this Alan.

First. Toulouse are in the Championship because they applied and the RFL wanted them. After their first few games they became competative as we found out when visiting their city in our recent "relegation season" they have competed but particularly this season they have had a lot of injuries and their crowds have dropped alamingly.

Second.Our Widnes friends deservedly get the nod for the licenscing/franchising for next season already because of this daft criteria. Their BOD tell some of their squad that this is their last season with the club.

They have the best gates in the Championship but which way are they going ? They obviously'as a club'do not give a monkeys about this season and we all know why.

Now us. (so third I guess) We are on the up. But...............what happens after this season is over ?

How can any Championship sides prospects be taken seriously with the ludicrously silly format for at least the next 3 seasons ?

Well I shall enjoy this seasons ride but after that then what Mr Lewis ?

The Toulouse piece is just an informed opinion of a journalist, who is expressing his concern at the way things are going for Toulouse - it's just his opinion.

I'm not sure of the relevance of what you say about Widnes and Leigh, in your response? I don't think I've 'provoked' that, by anything I've said about the programme.

As for after this season, it looks like the RFL will probably completely re-vamp the Championship.
