I have some (I think they call it) Stargazer granite kitchen worktop that I want rid of. It is in 5 pieces. One about two and a half metres and four of about a metre or just over. Couldnt save the splashback so its been binned. Anyone who wants it can get in touch via with me via PM Its taking up valuable space in my shed. A mate said he wanted it but he never turned up for it. I personally dont like granite so I had it removed. I dont want anything for it but you will have to come and collect it.
Oh yes, its bluey black with sparkly bits in it.

It could well be yes. It could easily be marble though, unless you know for sure it is granite. It was the description that made me laugh though, not quite what the British Geological Survey would be happy with even though we know what you mean.

As it goes, the cost of granite is not too bad, its the cost to machine it to the right sizes that hurts.
