FWIW I must admit I've thought that some of the so-called moaners have had some valid points at times, even if they weren't always addressed in the right way or to the right people. However, season 1 it is - think a bit of slack is needed to be cut by all (and I do feel that needs to go the opposite way as well, especially if the customer is always right...).

Personally I had a minor problem with my match ticket for today's game - I knew I'd been sent one but on closer inspection on the way to our pre-match pub of choice I discovered it was for the wrong stand and had to abandon the pub in favour of an earlier arrival at the ground to sort it out. After all the debate on here recently I was a little apprehensive, but credit where it's due I have to say the ticket office was very well run with all windows open & staff apparently serving in a very well organised manner. My problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently and I thought the whole ticketing side seemed to be being handled very professionally.

can i just say to anybody who cares to listen, i have no problem what so ever in saying to people's faces what i write down on this board, be that a coach, player, director or a fellow fan, i like the rest of you care passionately for MY club, and i want the best for it, so if people get upset by what i say, well that's life aint it, but i always say it for the best of the club, yes i critise it, and it deserves it at times, but i also praise when warrented, for what its worth i'm no pc warrior AND WILL DEBATE WITH ANYBODY ANYTHING, THE POINT WHICH CERTAIN PEOPLE FAIL TO SEE, IS I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE MIGRATION PROBLEM, SO I COULD NOT RESOLVE IT.see i slipped into shouting moad, then i do apologise.

Thanks for the answer which I have been trying to get through the whole process. If I understand you correctly, I wil be able to swap my swipe card for the other end of the West Stand if I wish.
