I personally think the "get out" of the on report should be aborted especially where TV instant replay is recorded. The team that suffer are the ones that have been offended against sometimes losing a substitution. Every person in this world could see that Westwood deserved to be sent off. A 30 second replay to the ref. or 4th official would stop a lot of the sitting on the fence attitude by the referee!

Stevo called it right on B n A , if the camera's are there and an ' on report ' offence occurs then the offending player should be ' subbed ' to the sin bin and the match continues
The 4 th official then takes a few minutes to review the incident and makes a decision
Either a sending off wereupon the player exits the playing area and his team lose him and an interchange
Or he returns to the pitch and the interchange is wiped off

SOMEBODY SAID that it couldn’t be done But he with a chuckle replied That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried. So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin On his face. If he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing That couldn’t be done, and he did it!

It sounds great when spoken about but there is a real danger of becoming a stop start game like American Football. I would love the game to go on another 30 mins but only if it was all action. The player that had to leave the field should have to come right back on with an interchange during play.

but isn't that where the argument falls flat as the technology isn't at all/any (if tv's not there) grounds. The RFL does nothing to assist cubs now with anything to do with video well at Co-op level anyway.
So would it be fair to just have it on the tv games?
