I am not really a football fan but i would agree with this, and i think Utd fans know it and it drives them crazy.
I don't know how to put this but I'm kind of a big deal. I'm Ron Burgundy, you stay classy San Diego.

Lets have a look at 3 trophys that matter eh
League titles 17 (18 in a few weeks time) 18
F.A cups 11 7
European cups 3 5
I make that 31 trophys to 30 and i'm pretty sure the 76000 fans that pack old trafford every week cast a larger shadow than the 45000 bin dippers

Lets break that down, and look at trophies won during the two clubs period of domination in football:
Liverpool (1972-1990)
League titles 11
Euro Cups 4 (won over a nine year period.....and 2 Uefa cups as well)
F.A cups 4
Man. U (1992-date)
League titles 10 (could be 11 by season end)
Euro Cups 2 (over same nine year period.....CWC won pre 1992)
F.A. cups 4 (could be 5)*
That breaks down as 18 to (potentially) 17......you're still behind!!
And should we even include the FA Cup in "trophies that matter"??
Seem to remember United not being that concerned about the history and tradition of the FA cup a few seasons back!!
Bolton by birth,
Irish by blood,
LEYTHER by heart and soul!!

You're one of us, part of our culture, writing our history as you create your own, and making us stronger for it....
