Discussing with mates over the weekend due to the rumours flying about and I thought he had another year after this on his contract.
Either way I feel it would be prudent to be negotiating the next contract sooner rather than later imho, assuming he wants to stay that is.

Wouldn't be surprised if there is a Super League clause in there somewhere which would render the existing contract pretty worthless. Whether we could renegotiate and remove the clause would be a big call on both sides...

What's a 'contract'? Ask Michael maguire at W888n, or Willie Mason, at HKR - theirs seem to be pretty flexible!

I reckon he will see his contract out as he has a goal I'm sure he wants to reach with the club although money talks
