Been solid since he signed but today I thought he played brilliantly. Eager for the ball an made himself hard to put down. Top performance. Individually there were no really poor performances. We just struggled to create anything special as a team. Happy with the win

sorry nozzy cant agree we couldnt break a hole in a soggy rice pudding we have centres who aren't and the half backs couldnt have created a lego puzzle today, terrible performance 3/10 for me, and Whitehaven were as bad, long hard season for both clubs I think.

Got to agree thought sam was solid, but also agree with Fred very poor oerformance from Leigh a lot of 1 man rugby, looked livelier when durbin came on all the same think the best team lost =, and well done to the haven fans for making some noise

Was there an incident when durbin was subbed in the second half? Someone stood near me said he wasn't too happy being brought off and made his feelings known to NK. I won't say what happened in case it's not true.

We lacked ideas going forward, the defence wasnt brilliant, but a win is a win. And I would rather play badly and win than play well and lose....anyday. But the future looks bright for these lads. All in all Im happy with todays result...and we WILL improve.
Rugby League is folklore. What captures our imagination is not simply the winning or the losing, it's the stories. The stories of perseverance, of sheer will, of hard work, of heartbreak, of miracles, and of triumph and tragedy.

Lots of people seemed confused as to why Durbin had gone off. Thought he was playing well.

Had a chat with Jamie as he came off the field. He has an injured hand and was only supposed to be on for 10mins if needed and boy did we need him. He was ok. We miss his speed round play the ball area. Agree that Sam had a good game and I bet he has a word with our man of the match as he would have been through twice had Adam released an easy pass. Adam was as hard working as ever and deserved his MOM. I dont know what is but there does not seem to be any organisation on the field when Watto and McConnel are together. Both had good games today but we didnt seem to be setup at all. If any team deserved to loose today it was us. How many times did we give the ball back to them ? I have to take my hat off to the lads today though they dragged the arses from the brink of defeat to win and that shows character. Well done the Leigh Centurions.
Very happy TV BOY.
