If you witnessed the brave ‘supporter’ that sucker punched an elderly Rovers fan and hospitalised him, do the right thing and report them to the appropriate authorities. The minority ruins things for the majority. There were plenty of Leigh supporters around so no excuse to turn a blind eye.

Plenty of CCTV in the area so fingers crossed the culprit will be identified and dealt with accordingly, irrespective of someone being a human being.

Ultimately assault and no excuse.
