This Sat the Miners Reserves take on Widnes St Maries at Twist Lane - A win could see them crowned champions of NWC Div 3 with 2 games to go.

Pop down to twist lane if u can - 2.30pm KO

Or alternatively Leigh East 1sts are at home to Thatto Heath in a N.C.L. game KO 2:30pm at Ledgard Avenue. Get down there Leigh fans and repay their hospitality.

It was a 'cracker' East going down at the end by a couple of points.

Thatto included a couple of ex Leigh players in Keiron Maddocks and Darren Woods.
