Loving this, contrast this to our WA9 neighbours who are going b*tsh*t because Wellens is basically playing the same team again.
Really buying into the next man up and the way we are introducing the youngsters and rewarding good displays.
Whilst at the same time keeping quality players like Vaughan hungry and not flogging them to death so they can have impact in the latter end of the season.
Also gives the right edge another chance to build on consistency in defence.
