Regarding it being free, i think it's so the club can test the waters in regards to the streaming (which IMHO is how sports will be viewed in future and the next SKY deal will reflect this)i think they will definitely look at charging in the future, or they'll think it maybe worth more keeping it free and getting more in sponsorship. As Chalmers said on Sunday, we need as many eyeballs watching the sport as possible (something the sport is losing massively), and then its up to him (and the sport if we all decide to go down that route) how to turn that into hard cash.
My personal opinion again isn't that because it's streamed it will affect crowds. Those that are going to Warrington will be going anyway. Its a good way to keep people interested, or to get them back into watching the sport again. But it will be interesting to monitor our home crowds whether they go up or down in regards to streaming. Anyway at least Chalmers statement was more professional than the Workington farce.
