On a more serious note, the lad is a freak for his age, I say that in a nice way. If with the right coaching he continues to develop and grow at the same rate in his teenage years he could be one for the future. Every now and again junior teams get big strong lads that are for superior to their team mates, after a few years that may even out and the lad doesn't get his own way all the time.
