To anyone who hasn't been to Collioure before I reccomend going, I usuallystay there during Wire matches. It's a beautiful small walled town with plenty of bars/eateries, a handful of safe beaches and pedestrian walkways. The beauty of this trip is that you won't have to deal with the parking or the walk from the train station which isn't in the centre.

dave, a group of us are in perpignan for a week before the match, have you got any other trips/ parties etc organised

5 euro return coach transfers - free entry

Saturday is our Collioure trip, we have over 120 booked on this departs 9am Castillet - returns at 1pm
cost is 10 euro

Saturday afternoon is the bbq in the park with Catalans stalls such as local products , wines to taste etc

Saturday night giant screen and party in town cetre place republique

What about the Sunday, would love to visit Collioure and have got the whole day free on sunday?

We are going on the train on sunday for that reason. Its only about 20 mins direct from perpignan and is about 10 euros return.

How close is the train station to the centre of Perpignan and is the station handily located in collioure?
