I really hope we have laid that one to rest now. Superb result although not the best performance with the ball in our half.
Bragging rights duly established and I do not expect to see Odemwingie on here until they beat Hull next week.
As for Wigan fans not staying to clap their players off after a hard game - shame on you. Both sides played hard and the best side won. See you in the playoffs. Until then 16-23.

Odemwigie is on the Wigan Site saying that we were dirty in the first 20 minutes, Myler was offside, Paaaaat scored, can't see him being back on here for at least 7 days. He doesn't mention J. Tomkins when Myler scored.
Wire have really put a marker down now that they can win the GF! Going away to the top of the table and winning is a great effort!
Dropkick Murphy..we actually saw and heard a mass of bouncing and scarf and flag waving to Dale Cavese that drowned out anything we could muster.. It stopped us singing our own celebratory songs, it died out seconds later when we accepted we couldn't be heard over the Wigan lot Celebrations muted from us, job done from them. Most fans who slag them off are jealous their own club's support is nowhere near that good - sally cinnamon..Why not discuss Wigan? It's a rugby league message board. Wigan are the most famous brand in rugby league - Tre Cool..Saints fans are hopeless unless it's a cup final or grand final. dont care if they do call us dirty they cant complain about the ref so they say players are dirty we won end of 23-16 no complaints can be made by either side win or lose.

Well done at last you lot. I LOVE the goons being beat. Morely was superb again as was Shrek, Atkins and Riley. What a try saver.
I think, but hope not, that you will do us in 2 weeks. You have the makings of the GF Champions and this win and the manner it was earned will set you up for the rest of the season, we are struggling with injuries at the momnet but I'm not trying to make excuses before the game.
We have had a good record against Wigan in recent years so not really laid anything to rest.
To lay it to rest we need to beat Saints (how many wins have we had against them in the SL era...???) and Leeds, we went through a spell of beating Leeds every now and then but since Rauhihi day they have had it over us.
Wigan are very much like us this year, the surprise package and new pretenders to the top two, I don't think there's a Big 4 yet, in SL there's a Big 2 who contest the Grand Final every season. If it's a Wire v Wigan Grand Final that will show that the Big 2 has been broken.
