For the first time in years i can finally see the tide turning in our favour thanks to the professional approach of TS and his team.

Everytime Tony speaks you can tell that people listen, particularly the players, ive been very impressed with the way that he uses his interviews to motivate the players. His recent comments about Ben Harrison will no doubt inspire him to some consistent performances and also encourage the other players to earn the same mentions.

I also like his refreshing honesty in interviews, in the cullen era we would have been hearing how well we performed against a poor Celtic side even though we all know that we were well below par. I particularly like his comment that when we get it right other teams had better 'watch out' can you imagine in the near future when teams such as saints fear us? I cant wait!!!!

His handling of Briers so far has been first class, maybe we'll see some stellar performances from our former captain over the next few months.

The little touches are nicely working as well such as the professional 'suited and booted' image for all non playing staff.
