i purchased a season ticket last week will i get a 14 day cooling off period and a refund on my season ticket if i am not satisfied with the product?

That is only for distance selling, and it is 7 days, oh and you cannot have used the merchandise then return it. So I guess that is a no.

I bought a packet of cigarrettes, smoked a few and felt ill. I think I'm going to take the rest back and ask for a refund now, I'm not satisfied with the product.
