Warringtons front row is a phenomenal front row, I'm inclined to say you have the best set of props in the division and with Higham playing the majority of the time then a danger around the ruck.
The only area Wire need to sort is the decision making and direction from the halves for me. I know Briers is lamented as a God but he needs to step up bigtime, he now has a quality pack to guide around the field. If he learns to control the tempo of a game properly then Warrington wont be losing many games this season I dont think, purely because of the field position that you will find yourselves in. Top 3 for me and if you have no injuries, I wouldnt fancy taking you on in an elimination game. Whisper it quietly but genuine potential GF winners.
Saying that, King needs to buck up, that attempted tackle when Gardner went on his run late on was truly pathetic.

Most positive and to the point comment since last night and it's from a saints fan. The fact of the matter is we were awesome till saints stepped up about 3 gears, but like somebody else has mentioned i don't think many teams would have lived with them for the last 30. If we play like that all season top 4 will be on the cards. Pack is immense just needs that bit of control.
Sadly the king comment is also correct he needs to sort it out !!!

The fitness just wasn't there either.

In summary, HKR are made up of of a few overrated foreigners, a couple of Wigan rejects and a couple of blokes I have never heard of.
Saints by plenty, by miles even!

HKR are about as poor as it gets.
When referring to the atmosphere of the HJ...

Shame it doesn't keep the sound like the full east stand of HKR. That's atmosphere.

The problem is that whilst our halves haven't necessarily been awesome the last couple of years, we have always had plenty about us with ball in hand. Our attack has gone backwards massively (1 game so far, I know), and that is due to tactics rather than their ability IMO.

So basically you think Warrington have stepped up so far since you last saw them, that they are now potentially better than Saints and Leeds
If you looked at the half time stats Saints had made 125 tackles and Wire 75. That's incredibly one sided.
And given that all the lads had said the off season was the toughest they've ever known (and presumably they felt fitter because of it), something doesn't add up.
If anyone should have struggled for fitness in the second half it should have been Saints.

seen king and clarke at the pilates place next to our works so the answer to the above is,rolling around on the floor on a big pink ball, although it was noted by a few who saw king that he looked underweight and had very skinny legs indeed for a big fella
