I’m thinking you lot will be blowing up Paul Rowley’s mobile today.

Unofficially the most boring poster on Cherry and White.

Agree it’s a shame but no point doing it if his family isn’t 100% behind it.
Also agree with Sally let’s not rush into anything - we need to look at the whole set up. Frankly from Middleton’s interviews it makes the club sound amateurish with responsibilities falling all onto 1 or 2 shoulders.
My only nagging thought is - should we have sounded out Holbrook as soon as he was available before he got all the NRL offers - I suspect it would have come to a similar conclusion but would have avoided what now looks like an embarrassing rejection of the club and the fans getting excited with the noise coming out last night just adds to the Wire / joke club narrative.

Anyway - onwards and upwards with Chambers!

:D So why did this joker waste SM’s time at the interview if he knew his family had reservations :D

Quite funny watching redvee forum swinging from Holbrook isn't a great coach to being a world beater.

Well I would say that pretty much confirms it’s off now.

I care neither way whether Holbrook comes or not because I don't think any coach will get us over the line such is my dissolusionment with the club in general after the past couple seasons, so why not Holbrook tbh. Just saying that we did in fact make him look silly with the likes of Price in charge and the something club that was Lineham, Mamo and was it Currie? Maybe King. Point stands.

You made him look so silly, he decided to win a Grand Final... When did Price, Smith, Powell, Cullen etc win a Grand Final??

I'll stand by my interpretation since we first started mentioning names that Rowley would be the answer and not some NRL coach between gigs particularly as no-one sticks around long enough from Australasia once they twig the Manchester ship canal has banned surf boards
