And as for the Saints Leeds game - fantastic game from a Saints POV. I wasn't impressed with the way Bailey played but haven't watched it back yet so perhaps it was just getting caught in the emotion of the game that made it seem worse. There again, I said at the time I was shocked Gilmour didn't get sin binned.
Thank You....At last a Saints fan who actually realises I wasn't slating Saints, but the British game, and the idiots on Sky who build up our 'World-class' stars, even though they are nothing of the sort....
Not once have I suggested that Saints (or Leeds) are poor sides...What I am suggesting is that once more we have a situation building where Eddie & Stevo are gradually building us all up to believe that our national side is packed with superb players.
May I refer you back to my first post in this thread, where I actually acknowledge last night's match as being a good one....
