Create a happy atmosphere you create positivity, you create a willingness to work together. Should we be in this position - especially after the start we had - no, but we are and Chambers is doing a pretty decent job (I think) in turning things round, playing a way the players seem comfortable with.
If I had to say one thing about Powells reign, I’m not sure the players were happy at any point of it, bar a few weeks at the start of the year. It matters.
It’s Wilkin doing what Wilkin always does creating attention for himself. Every time he speaks I mute him. One time because I was bored I timed how much he talks compared to the other pundits and in true Phil Clarke mode nobody talks more than Wilkin.

Thewlis I think could miss out, seemed to be struggling. The rest seemed ok. Any further rests should be given vsHuddersfield, by that time we should know where we are 4th - 7th.
Be so good to keep Mikaele next year, as unlikely as it might seem I guess it depends if he can get a gig in the NRL and whether it can be made to work family wise.
You can only beat what's in front of you, and we boosted our points difference. We could have been more clinical in our finishing in the first half, and we just backed ourselves individually a lot more in the second, probably as a consequence. Those passes need to stick when we meet better sides. Other than that, happy days.

According to Saints fans Dufty is a poor man’s Quinlan and one of the worst ever SL signings. Their insular nature is world class. Welsby, who is undeniably superb, beats Dufty comfortably in try assists but other than that is slightly behind in most stats. 3 MOMs on the trot for Dufty, class act.
I did notice that Mata'utia was responsible for bundling Eden into touch three times in the competitive part of the game ... which is quite rare. Thewlis made the tackle then Mata'utia scooped him up & threw him over the touchline x3. Of course it meant we got the ball back.

We are probably not going to win the GF, but we will make the 6. And we will have nothing to lose. I'll guarantee you that saints or Wigan will not fancy playing us in a knockout game before old Trafford. COTW!

The thing with Saints in playoff games is fans think they have won before we turn up.
