Unbelievably deluded post match interview by Smith, blaming luck. He's 100% to blame, assembled the slowest and least creative backline in 20 years and a lightweight pack.
If you're not questioning him now then I'm afraid you're deluding yourself

I had nothing down for us, tonight. The opening half an hour proved it.
We're regressing (bar 2015, which was pooh from start to finish)year on year, yet we're spending King's ransoms for the privilege.
Smith's recruitment is pooh We have little idea in any facet of our game He emits no confidence to supporters or players. He looks like an embarrassed politician.
I said last week, now is the time that Smith starts earning his money. He and his "players" haven't done that, this week.

I've got to the point now where I'm thinking of putting Smiths picture on my dart board. He's really beginning to p$ss me off more + more each week with excuses after excuses + just for the record Hill + Currie won't make much difference. That's just papering over the cracks.Bottom 4 on these past performances.
That was a shocking performance we just looked clueless on the whole and lacking the determination to battle it out for the win,we lost the collision in attack and defence too often
We're all angry right now and things are not looking great right now it's times like this that too their coaches are able to identify and solve the problems and turn around the form and get.back to winning ways.
Congratulations to the two wingers both have had a great game and if can continue will leave wane with a tough desision when people come back from injuries
On our side Livette had a good game in a beaten team tom lineham is starting to look like a winger, one who is in desperate need of a centre who can create something and give him some space he created and scored a try and put in some work in defence and driving the ball in early, looks a completely different player from last season
The manner of our defeat is concerning this does not look like a team and does not look like a group of players that are capable of doing what smith is asking of them or they just don't buy into what he is saying. We're not blessed with briers monas hodgeson in the team who can read the game and have the ability to play whats in front of them.
Hill n ratchford cannot come back fast enough and hopefully we can remain relatively injury free as we don't seem to have great cover in some positions

Someone tell me when we are going to get our first points of the season? Because I can't see where the first win is coming from.
The backline is as bad as I can ever remember. The halves are shocking. Brown is a total disaster of a signing. Gidley is finished. Westwood is finished. Russell has no positional sense at all. Evans is woeful. Simms is poor. Blyth is NOT super league standard.
No pace in the backs, no grunt in the pack.
We will be playing in the middle 8's at the end of the regular season.
Truly awful.
top flight since 1895
