Some of it will be generational, some of it down to who you view as rivals. I supported Wire at the Challenge Cup because they are a Lancashire team, they hadn't had a win in donkeys and I don't view Wire as rivals especially. That may change of course, depending on your success relative to our demise! Wigan are historic rivals and that really doesn't change. So had they made it to the Challenge Cup then I would have supported Hudds. However, the strongest rivals of all at present are Leeds and I would have supported absolutely anyone against them had they made it. That rivalry may well change if what we Saints fans have seen of our team this season is to be the norm from now on. But at present I consider Leeds our competition rivals and the Pies our historic rivals. You guys are great to play but even more fun to drop a goal on! (I think Eastmond is practising already, just to keep the famous tradition going)

Fair enough I wouldn't really expect a Saints fan to view us as a serious rival I'll admit but it surprises me that you would want Wigan to beat Leeds.

I was pleased when Sheffield beat Wigan and I wanted Catalans to beat Saints at Wembley two years ago but generally speaking I favour the traditional clubs.
I don't wish any success for Widnes for example and if they played a "new" club in a final I'd want them to lose BUT I'd rather have them in Super League than any of the three clubs I mentioned above if that makes sense.

I'm with him on that. Absolutely anybody but Leeds to win it.
We are going to be out without winning another game this year so i'd go for Cas as the team i'd like to win it.

I think Saints will win it to be honest. Leeds probably should as I think they're the better side right now but for the last two years Saints should have but didn't and I suspect this year might be the opposite.
