I know Gaz he lives and breathes the sport, he has turned up numerous times to watch my lad play and train with his team and even got involved with the training. He is a great bloke, I hope the team wont be his undoing though and he can get them to believe in themselves and perform as well as they did at the start of the season.

This is a very sensible appointment. He seems to have the respect of all & has his heart in the development of young players.
