Classy win, lots of classy performances across the park.
We need to be a little slicker in the playoffs, but I'm really hopeful that we can put a big challenge in for the superleague title. We can beat anyone.
Joe Philbin seemed to enjoy getting stuck in, Drinkwater was efficient and just makes life easier, for Williams and Currie to pick the plays. Solid team performance and defence again, was perfect. no tries conceded in two games.

Thought that King's timing of his passes was much better. Would like to see Philbin have more composure when he makes a break, not the first time he's fluffed one.
OK it was a poor Hudds team, but I really like how Currie is being used. He's always been a talented athlete with great ball skills and gets to use them at 13. Whilst he has lost pace since the 2 ops, he's developed a toughness in place of it. My mom.

Nothing to do with the result but was interesting to hear Ken Davy going to build a smaller stadium for the Giants. It’s never been a good look for them in there. 4181 in there last night if not for the Wire fans it could have looked like they were still in Covid
While they were bad, they didn’t really get a chance to do anything. We were relentless, not a word often associated with us.
Some stand out stats which tell the story, tackles made by our props: Harrison 11, Musgrove 13, Yates 15, Philbin 5, Crowther 8. Only Currie and Nicholson broke 20. It’s pretty much a day off defensively,
