I would like to see Myler at 7 and Briers given another year at 6 especially in the wake of the announcement that players with over 10 years service only count half of their salary to the salary cap.

Or do people think Briers staying will hinder Myler's development?

How would he hinder Mylers development ? Briers experience would only add to his game. I'd love to see them play in the halves together.

Bridge aint no specialist centre, but he so much natural talent he can play it very well as could Jamie Lyons and Phil Blake.
Both of these players are remembered for playing right centre in the UK, but they were household legends in OZ for playing stand-off.
Blake after 25 years still holds the record for the most trys ever scored in a season for a half back in the NRL.

Bridge like Lyons and Blake is best in the middle of the field where he poses the biggest threat...Always have you best players closest to the action.

Briers never had the pace to play stand-off, we wasted so many of his years playing him there. He always should have been at 7.
