Good win today. A lot more intensity led to a better all round dislplay. Still not perfect, long way to go. At last though we have a win.

Johnson had a great game today, although I agree that Harrison was our best player. King showed he can be a genuine threat and completely destroyed his opposite number for the first time since he joined the club.

My MOM as well, worked hard throughout the match.

Mick Higham also just impresses me the more and more I see him.

His defence is unbelievably good, and some of his speed from the ruck is outstanding. I think we are using him right at the moment too, as we aren't seeing all these handling errors and shoddy passes that the Wiganers guaranteed us we would get.

i didnt think He'd get mom. Sponsors don't see stuff like that, which is why I thought King might get it, but I'm sure Tony Smith noticed his days work.....

Talking about young forwards, i thought Cooper had a strong game today.

It's more than likely that the 4 teams above us will all loose next weekend. The daft situation with our position is that should we win our next game we will go 10th & again the week after could be top 8.

Honourable mentions:

1. Scrambling back to stop tries.
2. Try line defence.
3. Line speed in defence.
4. No dropping of heads after an error.


I hope we draw a huge amount of confidence from this.

Yep, personally thought it was his best game for us, against a decent pack.

He usually looks a little off the pace IMO, but he was very good today.
