Oh to watch Jonathan Davies again, finest rugby player to don the primrose and blue in my lifetime and opinion.

You'll get no argument from me on that one!
The Wire - It's Time To Believe
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will. When the road you're trudging seems all up hill, When the funds are low, and the debts are high, And you want to smile, but you have to sigh, When care is pressing you down a bit, Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with the twists and turns, AS everyone of us sometimes learns, And many a failure turns about, When he might have won had he stuck it out: Don't give up through the pace seems slow. You may succeed with another blow.
Success is failure turned inside out, The silver tint of the clouds of doubt, And you never can tell how close you are, It may be near when it seems so far; So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit, It's when things seem worse, that you must not quit. NOW THE WIRE!

The owners of the club need to stop messing about with signings like this. It's not a trainset to play with. Publicity? For what purpose? We are already very well known as a mouthy, wealthy, yet perennially failing laughing stock. I would much prefer we go about our business quietly and thoughtfully.

The Andrew Johns signing, as big as it was for profile, was another complete gimmick. Sure it boosted shirt sales, made the news and increased attendance. But sporting wise few like to recall the last of his 3 games was a 40-6 home hammering by Hull FC to knock us out of the playoffs at the first round. The good old Cullen years.

I think KFP has a framed motto hanging behind his desk which reads 'If you're going to do business, do it quietly and thoughtfully'....or maybe not.
Jiffy was a magnificent player poetry in motion but also a bit of a turnstile defensively in his 2-3 seasons with us. Now The Ox on the other hand was the real deal in his 13 seasons with us.

I never said anything being a success. I said ‘signing’..’to play at centre’. Probably more like Andrew Johns over term, but he didn’t play centre.
