It's the same in the south stand which means anything close to 24k is pretty much a sell-out.
I actually think the 5402 figure is the reduced capacity figure. If you add the 4 stands capacity up then it comes to the reduced 24k including the two ends being 5402.
I'd be suprised if we did not fill the away end. We've done it in the past when we've had to spill into the side stands and we weren't realistic title contenders at that point.

5400 is full capacity, you will have been allocated this less 10% - Approx 4860
