Ratchford conformed as club captain, but I suspect Williams will be directing things. Not surprised about Walker, even if Burgess is. You can see his passion and drive on the pitch, and hopefully his technical performance is consistent enough for him to keep his place.
You can also see it in the changing room after a match when Walker leads the chanting. For me this is the big difference between an import as opposed to a local grown player. They have the passion to win that is all too often missing from a journeyman professional. Walker came through the Widnes Academy but he is a Warringtonian. I am not sure how good he is, but the desire to succeed is certainly there.
Bullock seems quite injury prone with injuries to elbow, thumb, ankle, knee all in recent times. At 31 time really is running out for him. I was surprised to see he has played 31 games in his two years though. I thought it was much less.
In fact in his career he has made108 games across 10 seasons.

Wow.....i didn't realise he'd played so little. Not worried on the injury front yet at all, Bullock should be back by round 2 maybe 3, Nicholson and Ratchford round about the same. Shame for Tai but i was never expecting much from him, and he's more than likely back off to the NRL seasons end. Bruines is a development player etc So we're not struggling, and we have some good kids waiting in the wings to take their chances.
