I look at that pack you've given us, deckchair, and it screams MOBILITY. Exciting times ahead.

However, we're 8 points down with 15 minutes to go at Langtree/DW/Headingley. I don't see us getting out of that particular hole, with those forwards. A serious lack of grunt.

Neither glass half full or empty. Just a realist.

Don't worry we'll be 20 points up at that stage...it's our year (must be, supporters of other teams keep singing it so it must be true)

Just my opinions unless it's a FACT, in which case it's a fact.

Currie at centre would be a waste he needs to stay in the second row to continue developing. With westerman coming in I would put Harrison straight in at prop as I feel it's his best position. I do like the thought of hill and Dodds starting and bringing Simms off the bench when the opposition is more tired, he would have a better impact and would bring a lot of aggression and go forward. Just saw James Gavet has been released by the Brisbane and he could do some very good damage off the bench, hope we hear of a new prop signing soon. I'm getting more and more happy with next years squad and it would be good if westerman finally hits his potential. I don't think Hughes will get the nod over Westwood just yet but until we see the squad who knows, like someone said on here shorten west woods minutes and it gives him more energy and impact so only time will tell.

Yes, but during games, if required, the pack can also be

Hill
Clark
Dodds
Westwood
Simms
Westerman

with Currie/Hughes still on the pitch in the centres... We have good options now i think looking at it.

Or think about we are under the cosh and coming out from our own line with the opposition fired up charging in looking for the mistake or loose ball. Those times when only a Morley, Carvel, Hill will do.

2009 Quarter Final extra time. Morley and Carvell were awesome and didn't give Hull KR a sniff of a drop goal.

I think Dodds and Westwood can add that. We do need one more though.

If you move Currie to centre, you risk doing what happened to Hughes at Wigan. It put his development back big time, and he never really recovered from it in a Wigan shirt again.

So over the past few months we've signed three good/very good English players, an nrl grand final prop, an nrl legend with great leadership qualities and a top rated nrl half back and people aren't happy...yet nobody complaining offers any other realistic signings we could be making in the current climate.

I'm quite happy with the signings. I don't think we will need another prop if Sims bulks up a stone.
