Though this season only Castleford & Huddersfield were actually on a sunday (not counting Murrayfield Magic) and the other 11 were either friday or saturday!!!

The Friday night M62 trip can be a nightmare (although it's not really a problem for me)
it would be nice tbf however sky control the fixtures c/o TV schedules, caN'T believe i agree with you....."nurse i need my medicine"

All none-tv ganes should be on a Sunday afternoon. I'm suprised Sky don't already insist on this as it must affect their viewing figures.
I guess the problem is that some of the smaller clubs do not have their own stadiums and have to play lap-dog to their landlord whose primary interest is football.
wouldnt it be much easier for all the long away games for example Harlequins,Celtics on a saturday like catalans play all their home games on a saturday an then the likes of huddersfield and bradford exctera on a sunday with local games friday just a thought ??

Why? Because it is your preference?
I agree with the view of rogue from a fans POV it would certainly make it easier but I would imagine from a corporate POV Friday Nights are much easier to sell as a club than a sunday night.
Personally I like the fact that we play most of our home games on a Friday night as it provides consistency rather than having the problem of games being moved left right and centre for Sky.
