If you were to download something like Camtasia Studio, a professional video and editing tool you can activate a free 30 day trial.

Then simply set it at 30 frames a second to record the screen and sound, save it afterwards and convert it to MP4 or whatever format you want.

This would be one way to save it onto computer. Takes an hour or so of pissing around setting it up, and you need some knowledge of computers.
