I've just heard the interview and was very impressed with how Tony Smith handled himself and the questions.
It's funny looking at him in the conference because he comes over as not particularly bothered, laid back and simply totally relaxed.
Impressive.

What a calm man! From that interview you could sense that he is a winner and is quietly going about installing that into the players. He still had that aura about him that you knew he was the boss and you would not like to cross him. Great leader...
