1) He WAS Cullens star player and LB had utmost respect for PC who has now gone

2) Lowes simply was not in the same mould as PC in terms of diplomacy stakes and maybe internal confrontation here ??

3) It was well known (rumoured ??) LB was not happy at Monaghan pay cheque

4) Tony Smith arrives, the coach who refused to pick LB for GB squad

For me (4) is a killer for Briers

Think 4 is a nothing point tbh.

Briers was well out of GB contention by the time Smith took over (2007).

Pryce and McGuire were the options at that stage. It was Noble who was in charge during the 'Briers for Britin' spell.

I don't disagree, just don't expect ur problems to be magically sorted when Briers leaves.

Everybody is jumping on the bandwagon, and will be disappointed when he leaves and we still have a bunch of players who don't do it.

Again, when he leaves, we will still have issues.

If players are not playing because they don;t like a player, then they should be sacked too.

If I didn't try at work because I didn;t get on with a colleague, I would be sorted as it is my issue.
