Leigh? Is this for the 10,000 max crowd RL Stadium, or are you considering a new build? You would have to put it where people would want to go, and I haven't ever known anyone want to go to Leigh for anything (sorry Slim). There's also the minor matter of the cost.

Would have to be 60k+ to be able to house the CC and GF.
So Magic weekend, the two finals and 4N every other year just isn't enough usage to make it viable.
Nice idea, but sadly not gonna fly
Fat blokes in the mud, flat caps, bogs that drain pi55 directly onto your boots - Now it's all 'Big Ask', 'Arm Wrestle', 'Collision' 'Contact' 'Facials' 'Upper Body Strength' 'Big Units' 'Scooting from Dummy Half' 'Energy Levels' 'Laying the Platform' ‘Middles’ and 'T-R-Y'. Let’s not forget resilience.
No disrespect to Leigh but it hasnt anything like the public transport infrastructure into the town required to host a national stadium (having no train station kills the idea dead really)
Id go for Huddersfield if we must have one as its easy to get to, has an adequate capacity for the level of interest international rugby league gets, is right in the middle of the sports heartland and the town is the birth place of rugby league
Never going to happen, not in a million years, it just isn't necessary or viable and just an egotistical indulgence but answering the question hypothetically I'd say in the area........ draw a line from Stoke to Nottingham down to Northampton across to Worcester up to Telford and back to Stoke.

Anywhere in that area
Agree with the first fourteen words, no point in going any further.
