Right lads, after an absence I'm back!
First things first, the pub - we've already had Chiswick mentioned and I know 2 that might be good near Waterloo (the Wellington and the Stage Door). Across those who're in, what's easier, Waterloo or Chiswick? I'm on the Jubilee line but I'm told getting to Chiswick's not too bad. If everyone who's interested can reply, we'll get an idea of where's got most mileage then bag the pub.
Once that's done we'll look into sorting regular meets, even if it's to watch non-Wire games it'd be good to get some RL in with a friendly crowd. Then we can look ahead, getting some games in at Broncos!
With a bit of planning we can bring some real rugby to the capital!

I might come down as well... But only if the following list of demands can be met.
1. Jellied eels 2. A jukebox featuring chaz n daves greatest hits. 3. excessive cockney rhyming slang related banter. 4. a landlord that calls everyone 'geeeeeza' and a blonde busty barmaid that calls everyone 'daaaaarlin'

If they show RL in the Queen Vic then I'll take you to the Eastenders set myself.

you missed out Danny Dyer giving it "its proper naughty" "some right top lads in this boozer"
It was myself and Yed that went to Connolly's and it seems like with (was it Wolverhampton Wire?) we have some contacts with the landlord which always helps.
I'm attending the 1st Sky game so won't be available for selection for that but also definitely on for some Broncos games.
As much as i'd enjoy organising, my shift pattern is so erratic it makes it really difficult, working v Hudds, trying to sort something out just to try and get to watch the game.
