I also noted some strangers in the stand towards the bridge. None were Salford fans. I bet they did not have Salford season tickets.

If the Doc has too stand on Church street in Eccles in a pink tutu giving tickets away too drum up more attention to the club do it is what I say.
I do wonder sometimes with Peel/Medi City being linked to the club and stadium why with the huge presence they have in the area they are not more involved in promoting the club, surely if Peel actively promoted the stadium (thus benefiting Salford) they would generate more ticket sales, more wet sales and sell more dog food on a bun.
