Can't we have the Cheeky Girls to help us
Excellent news, lets hope that there are no spanners in the works along the way and that the build goes to plan.
Talking of plans are there any revised plans for the stadium and site since things changed from the origionals??

Where does it say when work will start? There's no coverage of this anywhere else. Has the council got the money in place? Has the NWDA said it will put in the millions required? Salford Advertiser today has a story rumouring the council is to buy the current stadium for £2.5m. How can it do this and afford £20m on top as well? Look at the comments below the Salford Advertiser article. Not one in support. Aren't the men that own Salford and Peel rich enough to fund this themselves? Wilko gives Blears £10,000 for her campaign??

Bit like `Bottler` Brown here Scanners - if you believe the above then you are as deluded as him.

Better get it spent quick before the Tories get the chance to close the NWDA.
