I didn't know the MEN was caught in a time warp.

Next year is the Willows centenary according to MEN

Wonder what the club are doing to celebrate?? :D

I suggest an ill fitting replica shirt.

The 110th anniversary! :BEAT:

I can understand now why Neil Barker is always separated from the other reporters at many of our matches.

It was misprint, they actually intended to put "100 more years"

The other week we had Bob Boyle and Simon Sibbit or something just as ridicules apparently playing. Barker takes a lot of stick and IMO rightly so. I mean getting players names wrong on a regular basis is just unacceptable, surely the club should be pointing these mistakes out :SHOOT:

Good john wilky last looked out
on the pitch at salford.
when the snow lay round about
deep and crisp and even
brightly played the lads that night
though the frost was cruelllll
when poor swinton scored a try
we had 94urrrrrrrrrr

Pure laziness on Barker's part as he should have a teamsheet in front of him when he's writing the bloody thing!

Perhaps he is just copying how the team plays out on the field and this is reflected in his reporting.

Mistakes in the MEN RL news are never Barker's fault. He is perfect. Without him Salford would get no coverage at all. We should all be grateful to him for the recycled, innaccurate drivel he puts his name to.

I love him.

 Love him or hate him, 163 consecutive appearances should make Stuart Littler a Salford legend in anyone's book

This was in the main part of the paper and related to the council buying the Willows, but still it shows the lack of effort.
