what a difference a week makes , last week was all doom and gloom , this week things dont seem too bad , first of all i would like to thank all the players for pushing leeds all the way , it was a great team performance and the scoreline flattered leeds , i feel a draw would of been a fair result , talua for me had his best game in a salford shirt , the defence of the whole team was magnificent to a man , and a win on this performance is not to far away , roll on next week

keep the faith

Are we that nieve to think that one gutsey performance is enough? It's still a defate and it's still a zero in the points column on the table.

What will help will be us fans to be positive in the stands next weekend and not sap theconfidence the first dropped ball or missed tackle on Friday.

Agreed mate. The players seem to play with more tension at home because they expect to get abuse after making mistakes. Like i said earlier in the week, we seem to play better away as they must feel under less pressure.

If we were a Leeds or Wigan then I could see that the weight of home expectation would be a factor but for it to happen to us a team who a perenial underachievers says more about the fans attitude than the clubs endevour.

hi mate ,we as the fans must do our bit ,by getting of the players backs when things are not going to well , i know it easy to moan and say i pay my money to watch i will say what i want ,but is this helping the team , NO , true fans support the team through thick and in our case very thin , we should all get behind them and start to make the willows the place it used to be ,when teams used to be fearfull of playing us at home because they knew the fans would be the teams extra man , we must all do our bit ,

Seems to be quite a few people starting to think this way. As said in other threads maybe those of us who belive the booing at the slightest thing is unjust and affecting the team should let the booing minority know just how we feel. Maybe a round of SALFORD SALFORD directed at the boo brigade to let them know they are wrong to be booing! Just an idea, what do people (booers and non booers) think? If nothing else, it might create a bit of atmospher in the shed, not to mention let the players know some of the fans are behind them!

i agree also, the players probably think all the shed is against them but it's not the case, only small sections start the booing then the young cliggerson join in like sheep. It does do my head in!
