I assumed this meant Matt Smith had been ear marked as a possible rotation hooker? Think he'd do a decent job in adding a bit of speed and guile round the play the ball.

I believe Cas have left the 22 and 24 jerseys unclaimed as well.

my guess would be that it is 'the carrot' for the academy players as stated above.

I originally thought it was left out as a tribute but could not place who it could be for.
