Having been on a well known footy forum can a just say an all in one new player/transfer sticky is useless no-one wants to trawl through loads of pages to find the relevant info.

Tough. Click on the orange icon, or go to the last page and work backwards. The reason we do it is because some users will create a post about a signing even when 5 similar posts already exist. That's even more annoying because it's ignorant. Blame the ignoramuses.

Try reading the Wigan or Hull forums. They're onto something like they're 15th thread. 20 pages is nothing when you compare it with almost 15,000 posts

Any player who gets a mention is added to the first post on the first page anyway so it gives a quick overview of who we might be interested in.
