I seem to remember our owner saying a big announcement was going to be made about the stadium within a couple of weeks, and that was at the players awards night. Did I miss it?

Yeah we're having Leighs ground dismantled brick by brick and relocated at the Barton site ready for next season.

At many grounds they have the family stand, Leigh being Leigh and the home of the 6 fingered glove would the whole ground have to be classed as the family area .

Just had a text off a friend saying he's heard that Peel have pulled out of building the new stadium.

From what I've heard Peel Holdings can't build this new Port Salford until they've built the new ground and I can't see them pulling out of Port Salford.
